TEKNOLOGI DAN INOVASI

Here what I can conclude is so many ways should be used to foster integration between ethnic groups in school. Proposals such as that posed the concept of School Vision School or flows one must think in order to create integration between ethnic groups.

School is where everything started and it should be treated with care and proper. Schools must also relevant to the current that is constantly changing. But despite the changes that occur, the school as a centre of ethnic integration order to mitigate the most important never lost.

This is so that the multi-ethnic people of Malaysia or people can live united, harmonious and One Malaysia concepts can true.

One schools in the same system should be introduced with the use of Malay Language as the medium to form a new generation who have personality Malaysia. In addition, the cultural rights of ethnic groups to learn other languages and their cultures should be respected and given appropriate protection. This change should be done equitably and fairly. These changes must also be based on the awareness that the benefits and importance of future generation young country is to overcome all other interests.

Education can also foster ethnic integration in schools with full use of the Malay language. Malay have enriched as a complete language learning. This effort not only put the status of Malay language in the appropriate places, but can help bridge the relationship between ethnic schools in the use of one language. Malay as a tool to interact to create a sense of belonging among students who are multi-ethnic.

In my opinion, integration is one of the biggest things in this country, but it doesn’t work in secondary school. Why this is happen? It is happen because of this community lose their nationalism and anti nasionalisme?

My suggestion is school become place to make integration..

School is the best way to improve our integration in school. School system that now separates students according to the medium and ethnic group differences can not play its role effectively and to foster unity and understanding among students. The persistent efforts must be taken to overcome all forms of isolation and separation that are held.

Various policies have been implemented since independence to this day to foster integration among students. Although integration can be seen among students in schools today, but much remains to be done to strengthen this integration process.

Challenges and problems that arise, showing the process of racial integration at school level needs to be updated and strengthened further. We should have policies or a more concrete plan to achieve the objectives of racial integration in schools among students.

so, right now we will discuss about our third research question. how we are going to reduce this matter?

what we will do to improve race relations and creating unity among students in particular and Malaysians in general?

what our opinion?

Ok guys..lets we make the conclusion on this research question..

After I read your opinion, nadia and nabilla.. I think the way of education in the upper secondary school are related with 1 Malaysia concepts. It is because by this way of education like make a single stream school like nadia’s said also can make 1 Malaysia as a reality.

If this way of education we apply in the education in all school, it can make all student especially from the other races together .

This is because the concept of involving all races 1 Malaysia and indirectly all students will be involved. Students will be more united with the concept of 1 Malaysia implemented. This will cause all the students know more about the meaning of unity.

So, this is a conclusion from me.....

I agree with you nadia and dilla..

We should take action on the way of education in school first. As our Prime Minister Datuk Seri Najib Tun Razak said, Malaysians have to collectively agree upon an education system that benefits all and which espouses the values that they uphold.

Other than that, I think the government needs to streamline the education system by having a national school system to promote national integration. Through the system, the national language would be the basic language or the medium of instruction to promote nation building, while Mandarin, Tamil and English would be taught as an option.

From this, we can make our integration especially in upper secondary school much better like nadia said.

For me, to make integration in the upper secondary schools in Malaysia related with 1 Malaysia concepts, we have to change the way of the education in Malaysia.

The implementation of a single stream school could help in the success of the 1 Malaysia concept as it would nurture a sense of unity among students, said International Trade and Industry Deputy Minister Datuk Mukhriz Mahathir.

He said, through the education concept, multiracial students could mingle and interact more effectively.

“It can be done for example, by making Mandarin and Tamil languages as elective subjects so that students can learn their friends’ mother-tongues.

“It would be good if Malaysians can master Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin and Tamil, thus achieving the objective of a harmonious 1 Malaysia, and to understand one another,” he said in his keynote address at the 1 Malaysia Unity discourse here today.

He said to prevent students from neglecting their mother-tongues, the single stream school must make it compulsory for them to take up their respective mother-tongues.

Mukhriz said the education system could bring all races together, through the sharing of culture and tradition, as well as preventing any racial polarisation.

He said the single stream school proposal was stated in the Razak Report 1956, a year before the country gained independence.

“Allahyarham Tun Abdul Razak once said that he hoped the single stream school would become a reality, but after 52 years of our country’s independence, it has not materialised,” he said.

Meanwhile, Mukhriz said the 1 Malaysia concept mooted by Prime Minister Datuk Seri Najib Razak could be achieved if all parties worked together.

So, I think we should take it such as a guide to make integration in Malaysia especially in upper secondary school become better than now.

To me, Malaysians can achieve a considerable level of harmony and unity if such values are instilled in children and what better place to start than in schools. If we take this situation as a serious action, so integration in the upper secondary school in Malaysia can achieve with successfull.

1 Malaysia bring aspiration to improve relations between people to ensure that the people of Malaysia can establish a closer unity.

1 Malaysia concept must be introduced among the students first, so this is to create unity among Malaysians in general and especially school student.

Basic things that need to be established in the sense of unity is respect, mutual trust between people, this attitude must be cultivated among students in schools to ensure that unity exists.

Hai..right now we will disscuss about our second research question. Our next research question is how is integration in the upper secondary schools in Malaysia related with 1 Malaysia concepts? what your opinion?
